Background:
The school was founded in 1977 in a new holding area. It is a two-storey building including two mobile classrooms; one for reception and one for nursery. There is a new staff room and library, which was built in 2003. The school has large playing fields/recreation area and a school nursery. The school provides extra-curricular activities, which include French, Spanish, tag rugby, football, netball, choir, dance, art and cookery. The school is a friendly, caring community in which everyone is valued and respected. It aims to encourage a high level of self-esteem, ensuring all reach their full potential.
